About

I’m a coach, writer, and speaker working at the intersection of belief, identity, and decision.

My work is for those moments when something in life no longer fits… and the way forward isn’t yet clear. I help people look more closely at the patterns, language, and assumptions shaping their lives so they can make deliberate choices from a different place.

Rather than offering answers, I help people look more closely at the patterns, language, and assumptions shaping their lives… and begin to make deliberate choices from a different place.

The Work

Most people already know, somewhere beneath the noise, what matters. What keeps them stuck is often not a lack of insight, but the patterns of thought, language, and identity through which they keep interpreting their lives.

That is where we work.

Not only at the level of action, but at the level of perception, meaning, and decision.

The Path

My work draws from decades of experience across coaching, spiritual psychology, men’s work, and performance training.

I have trained with and studied under leaders in personal development, ontological coaching, and human transformation, including Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Denis Waitley, Eban Pagan, Les Brown, Debbie Ford, Spiritual Psychology School, and Accomplishment Coaching. My path has also been shaped by years in ManKind Project, Noble Men, Vipassana, endurance training, and martial arts.

Just as important, I have lived through many of the same thresholds my clients now face.

Divorce. Reinvention. Health challenges. The recognition that an old identity no longer fits.

This is not theoretical for me.

It is lived, tested, and refined in real life.

If you are standing at a threshold in your life and know the old way no longer fits, this work may help you find your footing and choose what comes next with more clarity and self-trust.

The Approach

I don’t position myself as a guru or an authority over your life.

I work as a guide and a mirror.

Together, we identify the patterns shaping your current experience, question the assumptions underneath them, and make clear, deliberate decisions about what comes next.

This is practical work.

Grounded. Direct. And oriented toward real change.

If you are standing at a threshold in your life and know the old way no longer fits, this work may help you find your footing and choose what comes next with more clarity and self-trust.
